Fit Food: To Cleanse or Not to Cleanse?
The first couple weeks of those New Year’s resolutions are usually pretty easy; it’s come mid-January that your willpower can start to wane… If eating healthy or losing weight was on your list for 2012, doing a juice cleanse is great way to kick things back into high gear. I would usually do one every few months before I was pregnant to help keep myself on the healthy eating track.

If you’re considering doing a cleanse for the first time though, make sure you know what to expect. No, you will NOT drop permanent pounds just from a three to five-day liquid diet—you’ll pack it right back on once you start eating solid foods again. What I can always count on from a juice cleanse, however, is a cleansing of my palate. Once I rid my body of the refined sugar and processed foods, I actually stop craving them! Which means healthier eating in the weeks to come…
My favorite cleanse is from Pressed Juicery. Their juices are DE-licious and they ship to anywhere in the U.S. if you’re not in L.A. Love, love, love that Detox 2! It's made with pineapple, green apple and mint.
Have you ever tried a juice cleanse? I’d love to hear about your experience in the comments section.
Love, Molly

Pressed Juicery will change your life! I've tried numerous detoxes before, but nothing has left me feeling as great as this.
