On the Carpet:
I won’t lie to you—when I was deciding what to wear to the Art of Elysium charity gala in L.A. a couple weeks ago, I wasn’t sure if I could pull off all this orange at first. But getting dressed up is already that much harder when you’ve got a little bun in the oven, so I decided to trust in the power of Marchesa (which you all know I do since they designed my wedding dress) and go for it! I’d say it worked, wouldn’t you? I just adored the flowy fabric and draping, the beaded embroidery at the shoulders and the baby bump-accommodating empire waist.
On the Street:
If you loved my flowy, coral Marchesa gown but are looking for something a little better suited for everyday wear, try these dressed down pieces inspired by my red carpet look!
1. Anthropologie Okayama Peasant Top ($78) | 2. Forever 21 Kimono Sleeve Cardigan ($21) | 3. Diane von Furstenberg Kleio Coverup ($185)
What do you think of this week’s look?
Love, Molly
