New Year’s Eve Cocktail … AND GIVEAWAY

I’m incredibly excited to ring in the New Year because 2015 is going to be amazing. I can just feel it in my belly!! I hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday. I have been enjoying some much-needed down time with my family. Brooks has been basking in all the fun with his cousins! I couldn’t be happier to see them all together.

Now I may be unable to properly enjoy an adult beverage at the moment but that doesn’t mean I can’t get crafty with the cocktail making! I remember this lively libation from my college days, but I gave it a little upgrade thanks to my friends at Soda Stream. Pink Panty Pull-down

• 1-1.5 ounce vodka
• 3 ounces diet grapefruit flavored Soda Stream
• Tablespoon of pomegranate seeds
• ½ ounce Cointreau

Pour Vodka and Cointreau into glass and add ice. Top with diet grapefruit soda. Stir and garnish with pomegranate seeds. Diet grapefruit soda may be substituted with club soda and a generous squeeze of pink grapefruit.
