The Whole30 Cookbook

Dieting can be hard, but The Whole30 program makes it easy to start making healthy life changes that last! The focus isn’t calorie counting. The #1 rule of this program is to not weigh yourself so no sneaky trips to the scale. The only thing you have to worry about for 30 days is eating real wholesome food. This means anything natural or with few ingredients. In just a month, you will learn new habits, boost your metabolism, and have an overall better quality of life. This cookbook has pages and pages of delicious recipes that help press the restart button on your health.

Just in case you haven’t heard…I LOVE SUPERFOODS! These little babies are packed with nutrients and are so delicious! My superfood superstar, Julie Morris, has done it again with her fourth cookbook, Superfood Snacks. With recipes such as Chocolate Cherry Goji Bars (I LOVE goji berries and Cauliflower Ranch Dip, these snacks are perfect for any picnic!

As you may know, the spiralizer is one of my favorite new kitchen gadgets. It can turn almost any vegetable into a creative low-carb dish which is amazing. It’s also a good tool to trick your little ones into eating vegetables. My Brooks LOVES almost every single recipe in this book! The Pesto Spahetti With Heirloom Grape Tomatoes literally tastes like carb heaven…but it’s actually zucchini (dreams really do come true!) Thank you, Ali Maffucci, for sending me your phenomenal book.
