Sweet Surprise!

Happy Thursday!  I have a special treat to help you head towards chocolate nirvana and the weekend.

We had such a great response to my post earlier this week about cooking with your kids that the kind folks a Raddish decided to share the incredibly delicious Chocolate Volcano Cake recipe with my readers!!  I LOVE how simply they lay out the directions. Their recipes are so, so, so easy for kids to follow. In the case of the Sims test kitchen, I was even able to keep to task, while chasing after three toddlers and simultaneously whisking the whipped cream!  Think Three Stooges, but without the bad hair!  I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as Brooks and I do.
