DIY Rosemary Decorations

I love, love, love the smell of Rosemary. I cook with it all the time—especially around the holidays. Since this herb actually grows in my backyard garden, I decided it would only make sense to make cute little dainty wreaths and decorations out of it. They are making my house smell AH-mazing!

  2. Wrap the wire securely below the lowest lip on the Mason Jar ½ way around, bend out at a 45 degree angle and cut leaving a ½ inch segment
  3. With needle nose plier bend this segment into a loop
  4. Repeat with second length of copper wire but bend the loops upwards in direction instead of outwards and do not close the loop completely
  5. Holding the first segment of wire to the jar, attach second segment loop to loop at opposite sides of the jar and close the loops to secure
  6. Cut an additional approximately 15 inch segment of copper wire and bend each end into a loop leaving a small gap.
  7. Insert into the outward facing loop on each side of jar, securely close the loop to create the handle
  8. Using twine, attach several sprigs of rosemary and jingle bells and tie with a bow
  9. Lastly, fill bottom of jar with the pebbles, insert the votive and now you have festive lights that work both indoors or outdoors to create a holiday atmosphere.
