We’ve hit the point in the year where finding the perfect outerwear for the in-between season of fall is a struggle. It’s not too hot, not too cold and finding the *perfect* jacket isn’t always the easiest.
Being in LA, we still try to pretend we have seasons even if the coldest it gets is 70 degrees. Since we’re transitioning into colder weather, denim jackets are our current go-to since they’re not too heavy but the perfect amount of warmth. Jean jackets are always a good fall staple because they just look good with everything from skirts and dresses to pants or a denim-on-denim Canadian tuxedo moment.
We’ve searched and found some of the best denim jackets out there and they’re all under $200!
There’s a few different categories when it comes to picking out a denim jacket. Everyone needs a basic denim. This is your medium wash, perfect crop full sleeve denim that’s timeless and classic. This will go with every and any flowy, dress or skirt. Then, you need a faux fur sherpa lined denim. This is for when it starts to get a little colder and you need the extra warmth. It’s definitely one of my personal favorites to stay cozy. Next, you want to have an oversized denim jacket. Then there’s the oversized denim. It’s more relaxed and comfortable than the other jackets. Perfect to pair with a basic tee and jeans.
