Beauty...
I recently read an article about a healthy version of a pumpkin spice latte and I was so convinced that I decided to try it myself. Pressed Juicery came out with a seasonal pumpkin oat milk drink to turn our favorite fall beverage low cal with less sugar. Are you not dying!? So, I added some shots of espresso and made my version of an LA pumpkin spiced latte, aka— it’s iced! It’s the only way we can handle our 90 degree weather this fall. Take it from me, you want this recipe!
All my PSL lovers are going to be obsessed with this version. This took me less than 5 minutes to make, and I was honestly surprised at how amazing it was. I felt like a barista in my own home. I’m usually picky on my coffee drink because I don’t love anything too sweet so I was hesitant to even try this… but it turned out even better than an original PSL.
Servings: 2
2 tbsp GoodMylk almond milk (you can use any almond milk or even oat!)
1 bottle of Pressed Juicery pumpkin oat milk
4 shots of cold brew (you can use espresso or regular coffee too!)
A dash of cinnamon
Ice
Shake, stir or froth together and serve! You can do this many different ways and put your own twist on it. I prefer almond milk in my coffee so that’s what I chose to use. You can also sub out the milk or the coffee for your favorite and even add whipped cream on top!
Comment below and tell me what you think when YOU make it. I swear you’re going to be obsessed with this one. I want to know how you make yours so that I can change it up for next time.
