Beauty...
Ok earlier this year I shared with you guys what I eat in a day. Well, since then my diet has changed. I completely cut out eating meat and I’ve seen it transform my body. Cutting out meat isn’t for everyone but it works for me! I’m going to go through what I eat in a typical day.

FourSigmatic Mushroom Hot Chocolate w/ almond milk I’ve talked about the benefits of adaptogenic mushrooms on my blog before! I’m honestly hooked with this product. I’ll mix it with some warm milk before I go to sleep and I truly feel the benefits! This one in particular helps support occasional stress and restful sleep. It’s an upgrade on guilt-free hot chocolate.
And that’s basically it! This is a pretty standard day for me.. I’ve been trying to post on my Instagram stories what I eat daily. So I hope you guys are enjoying that as well! If you have any fun vegetarian recipes for me to try, drop them below!
